Already in the 13th minute, Emiliano Martinez starred in the first blunder of the match; when his foot clearance was intercepted in his jump by Roberto Firmino; and the rebound went directly to the post, which miraculously saved the Argentine goal. Liverpool found the reward for their dominance at 0-1.
Firmino sent deep into Andy Robertson, whose low center pushed Sadio Mané into the net totally alone. It is the 17th goal in the Premier of the Senegalese striker; who shortly afterward went 0-2 in a threaded shot that was well covered by Emiliano Martinez. Arsenal turns the scoreboard before the break. But Virgil van Dijk got him into the game by starring in an unprecedented mistake in his impressive career.
Van Dijk and Alisson give away two goals

The second part was a continuous attack by Liverpool, whose best chances were in charge of Mohamed Salah; but both were solved by an inspired Emiliano Martinez. The Egyptians were not decisive this time and Jurgen Klopp ended up replacing him.
Mikel Arteta, for his part, ordered a triple change in the 57th minute, giving entrance to Dani Ceballos and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, sacrificed to start with surprise. Arsenal could barely project itself in attack before the continuous push of the reds but it was equipped well behind and achieved. A precious victory that keeps it in ninth place three points from the squares of the Europa League with only two days to play.
